The "We Want to Say Yes" Committee would like to thank all DBRL employees for their hard work and persistance during our four-week "No Log" study. We received over 450 responses from staff across the DBRL system. The next course of action will be for this committee to categorize all "No Log" responses. On May 6, 2010, these results will be shared with the Customer Service Initiative Committee for further discussion and action. Please stay tuned to this blog for news of forthcoming improvements as a result of this valuable staff feedback.

GetHuman is an online database of unpublished phone numbers that consumers can use to connect with an actual live person regarding customer service issues and questions. This site contains contact information for over 2,000 major companies.
